Meal Details
Breakfast Only fruits – at least 4 types (local & seasonal), body weight × 10g. No grains till 12:00 noon.
Lunch Plate 1: Salad (body weight × 5g).
Plate 2: One type of grain only (either roti or rice).
Dinner Same as lunch.
Fasting Intermittent fasting for at least 12–14 hours.
For Patients Prefer Shridhanya millets (5 kinds) instead of wheat or rice. Avoid multigrain food,i.e., take one millet at a time and avoid mixing other millets.
🌸 Food Routine for Breast Cancer Patient
  1. Giloy Water: Soak Giloy stem (1–1.5 inch) overnight in a glass container. Drink and avoid food for 30–40 mins.
  2. Tulsi + Neem Paste: Mix 10–12 tulsi leaves (shyam tulsi), 4–5 neem leaves, 3–4 golmich, and 1 tsp curd. Consume. No food for next 30–40 mins.
  3. Dalchini Tea: 3–4 times a day.
  4. Carrot Juice: 4 glasses a day. Use juicer (not mixer). Optionally mix amla and raw haldi.
  5. Papaya Leaves Juice: 3–4 tsp daily if chemotherapy causes low blood levels.
  6. Optional Teas: Mango leaves, HaarShringar (Parijat), or guava leaves tea.
  7. Physical Activity: Walking (30–40 mins/day) + Breathing (Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati).
  8. No Sugar.
  9. No Processed Food.
  10. Eat Soaked Dry Fruits.
