| Lunch | Plate 1: Salad (body weight × 5g). Plate 2: One type of grain only (either roti or rice). |

| Fasting | Intermittent fasting for at least 12–14 hours. |
| For Patients | Prefer Shridhanya millets (5 kinds) instead of wheat or rice. Avoid multigrain food,i.e., take one millet at a time and avoid mixing other millets. |
